The results
New law firm sites launch with real content, and nobody manages the process.
1–2 hours → hands-off
Per practice area page or post
Writing and handoffs used to take an hour or two a page, plus other people's time managing it. Now it runs itself.
1
Firm launched so far
The library just went live, and every new site the agency builds can use it.
The problem
Every new site needed content before it could launch.
The agency offers low-cost web design for law firms, but a site isn't done until it has practice area pages and blog posts. Writing them took an hour or two a page, plus other people's time managing the process.
The firms didn't want to pay for a full marketing content package just to fill their pages, and the agency didn't want every launch to become a custom writing project.
What I built
How the content library works.
Law firm content writing becomes a menu. Each firm's choices flow from a form to a finished, approved, published page.
- A library of pages. A library in Monday.com of ready-to-build practice area pages and blog posts.
- The firm chooses. The firm fills out a form choosing the content it wants for its site.
- Claude writes. A scheduled Claude task writes each piece and stores it in a shared Google Drive, connected to the firm's entries.
- The firm reviews. The firm gets an alert that its content is ready for review.
- It publishes itself. Once the firm approves, a second automation publishes the content to its website.
The stack
Practice area pages, from order to published.
Monday.com
The content library and each firm's order, with status at every step.
Claude
Writes each practice area page and blog post on a schedule.
Google Drive
Where drafts are stored and shared with each firm for review.
How it stays trustworthy
The firm approves its own words.
- Firm review built in. Nothing goes live until the firm reads and approves it.
- Every firm, its own pages. Each firm's choices and drafts are connected to its own entries.
- No project manager in the middle. Alerts and status updates keep everyone moving without someone chasing them.
Good questions
Frequently asked questions.
What is a law firm website content library?
A law firm website content library is a menu of ready-to-build practice area pages and blog posts that a firm picks from. In this case study, the firm chooses its pages in a form, Claude writes each one, the firm approves it, and an automation publishes it to the firm's website.
Can law firm content writing be automated?
Most of the process can: ordering, drafting, routing for review, and publishing. The law firm still reads and approves every page before it goes live. For this agency, automating law firm content writing removed 1 to 2 hours of work per page, plus the project management around it.
Who approves AI-written law firm website content?
The law firm does. Each firm gets an alert when its content is ready, reviews it, and approves it before the second automation publishes anything to its website.
Could content automation work for my marketing agency?
Content automation fits agencies that build websites for one kind of client, where every site needs the same kinds of pages. This agency builds low-cost sites for law firms, so a library of practice area pages and blog posts covers most of what each new site needs.
How long does it take to fill a new law firm website with content?
Written by hand, each practice area page or blog post took this agency 1 to 2 hours, plus other people's time managing the process. With the content library, a scheduled Claude task writes each piece the firm orders, and it publishes as soon as the firm approves it.
How much does a content automation build cost?
It depends on how many page types and integrations the agency needs. Timebender starts with a $450, 90-minute consult that includes a written plan and a fixed-price quote.
